Gregory Jewellers is a store and proof of enduring craftsmanship, innovations and success. The company started its journey in the 1940s in Midyat, in the Syriac Aramea community. The Silver Filigree which is a work performed by Master Jewellers is a distinguishing and unique artisan style of the province and Gregory Jewellers pays tribute to this unique work through its many work designs.
This family-owned business in which Lahdo and Christopher Gregory also took part, moved to Istanbul in 1966, and in 1967 they established the Gregory Brothers which was a jewellery-making studio only for handcrafted and premium quality jewellery pieces. Quickly after this, the name Gregory Brothers became a synonym for quality, uniqueness and style, and they registered their brand name for the C95 Hallmark, authorised by the Jewellery Association of Istanbul.
It was in the 70s when the Gregory family became interested in Australia, and in 1976, Christopher along with his pregnant wife went to Australia as tourists where he started a new job as a jeweller. Shortly after this, the Australian Government allowed Quality Jewellers to come to Australia and this was a green pass for the whole Gregory family to join again and begin its business there. Ever since the Gregory Jewellers has evolved a lot, and aside from its online store, it owns 13 Gregory boutiques, 5 Pandora Boutiques and one Gucci Timepiece & Jewellery Boutique in Miranda Westfield.
