Australia in the Eurovision Song Contest - It is the time again for Australia to light it up in blue, white and red! ‘Eurovision – Australia Decides 2022’ is set to be held on Friday 25 and Saturday 26 February 2022 ("Event") on the Gold Coast, to give Australians the opportunity to choose who will lead Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022, the World’s biggest music competition, in Eurovision Italy 2022. Australia has participated for six times in the Eurovision Song Contest with famous songs like Diana Rouvas - Can We Make Heaven and Jack Vidgen - I Am King I Am Queen. Each participating individual should be Australian citizens who have to send one original song of 3 minutes duration or less that will be performed live by an individual singer or group of maximum 6 individuals aged 16 or older as at 1 May 2022. Organizers’ employees, contractors (and their immediate family members), and officers are not eligible to participate in the Competition. From indie to pop, rap to singer-songwriters, bands to DJ’s, signed or independent, we are going to showcase a varied array of artists across the Country. Eurovision Australia Results for Eurovision Best Songs will be completely Live Results and Australian Eurovision Winners will be announced based on the Live Voting.
