Morag is a highly experienced yoga teacher, a long-term meditator, mother of two young adults, a dog owner, animal lover and an engineer by profession. She is passionate about yoga and sharing the benefits with others, giving them the wellbeing tools, they need to transform their lives.
Morag has been practicing yoga for 25 years. She was drawn in particular to a style of yoga called “Dru Yoga “when she was juggling a high-stressful corporate career with motherhood. Yoga had such a positive effect on her life, health and relationships, that she wanted to share the benefits with her friends, family and work colleagues and in 2006 she trained as a Dru Yoga Instructor. She has gone on to undertaken post graduate studies in Dru Meditation, Yoga for Kids and Teens, Yoga therapy for Back Care, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Rieke.
As a qualified and certified Life Coach, Morag works with individuals and groups to optimise their heath, presence, life purpose and leadership potential.
